The Base
Sourdough is like a Tamagotchi, lots of steady feeding, minus the peeping. Good flour, salt, clear water, and airborne yeast are the not-so-secret ingredients in our dough.

Cheese, wine, beer, kimchi, cheese. The best foods in the world are fermented. Anything yeasty reigns supreme for us, from the start to the funghi finish.

Apart from our ingredients and the process of baking, we take nothing seriously. We make humble pizza to celebrate loud indulgence and debauchery.

Is it slightly off-putting to think of yeast infections when eating pizza? Maybe. But is it a damn great name for a pizzeria? You have to admit...

How it Happens
If you have read until now, thank you. You see, this is not really a pizzeria, but you might have guessed that already. Unless you thought that someone really went a little too far with a conceptual restaurant, which is exactly what we did for our Studio Dominguette. Our love for yeast and baking inspired us to create a slightly provocative concept for a pizza place that combines everything we love: branding, food styling, set design, art direction, photography, and videography. It was a blank canvas to show what we do best: have some wild, witty, and sexy ideas, verbalize and visualize them, and enjoy the creative journey.
